Phone and Online Counseling

If you are an individual seeking counseling but you are unable, or it is inconvenient to have an office visit, I provide three alternative ways you can receive help. Phone counseling, email exchange, or live chat. Phone counseling and live chat are scheduled sessions. Email exhange is simply that, you send an email and I will respond within 24 hours. Phone counseling

To schedule a phone session, simply call me at 865-283-1777. We will schedule a session, at the time of your session, I will contact you at the number you provide. Sessions are 50 minutes. 

 Email Exchange

Conducting counseling by exhanging emails is convenient for all parties involved and is used when you are not in a crisis situation. Send an email and I will respond within 24 hours. I use a special secure, encrypted email for this service.  Please contact me for more information.

Fees for email exhange

Single email: $25

Subscription plans 

1 week unlimited emails: $50

2 weeks unlimited emails: $75

3 weeks unlimited emails: $125

1 month unlimited emails: $175

Online sessions

You may contact me anytime to schedule an online chat session. The details will be worked out during scheduling. Session fee is $115 for a 50 minute session.
I use Skype for video sessions. You can go to www.skype.com to create an account for free.
